Contract | Days | Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients scheduled per day, with typically 8–11 seen, including 1–3 evaluations and the remainder follow-up visits
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy with a primary focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
• Provide care using 30- and 45-minute appointment formats
• Work with geriatric and neurological patient populations in addition to orthopedic cases
• Participate in a blended role with potential exposure across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings, including floating to nearby sister facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals accepted at a different rate)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation backgrounds will also be considered
• Experience working with geriatric and neurological patient populations is a plus
